JobReq0054520# **Job Description****The Opportunity:**Saint Luke’s Hospice House is looking for an RN to provide end of life care and symptoms management to patients outside their home.**The Work:*** Part-time swing-covering a variety of shift needs.* Provides direct nursing care to patients with terminal illness.* Management and coordination of care to include both the patient and family.* Completes initial assessment of physical, emotional, and spiritual status.* Aggressive pain and symptom management, including frequent medication administration and adjustments.
