We're hiring a .Net Support Engineer L1 / L2 with German (Remote from Poland) at ITMAGINATION, join our team of 400+ developers, analysts and testers.

Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 production support for .Net based web applications and backend services (APIs) in a mission‑critical environment.

Coordinate escalations to L3 engineering for code‑level fixes; own incident communication, tracking and closure.

Perform advanced triage: log analysis, configuration checks, web/app runtime troubleshooting (e.g., IIS where applicable), and SQL diagnostics.

Support releases/rollouts and production cutovers; maintain operational readiness (runbooks, checklists, verification steps).

Improve KB/runbooks and contribute to RCA/prevention actions to reduce recurring incidents and MTTR.

Work in a shift model (08:00–18:00) with occasional weekend/on‑call support during rollouts/releases.

Requirements

Min. 2 years in L1/L2 application support

for enterprise systems (strong ops mindset).

Strong troubleshooting on Windows web application environments

(services/config/logs).

SQL diagnostics

(queries, investigation, evidence gathering).

PowerShell

(automation / operational scripting).

German B2+ and English B2+.

DMS or Automotive experience; performance/stability hardening exposure.

Preferred

Basic understanding of .NET runtime/IIS from operations perspective (not coding).

ITIL Incident/Problem/Change; structured documentation and knowledge management.

Monitoring/APM (App Insights, Dynatrace, Prometheus/Grafana), ServiceNow.
