What You’ll Do:
Design and development of electrical systems for solar and battery storage projects
Conducting feasibility studies, power system modeling, and electrical calculations
Creating and reviewing electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Ensuring designs comply with NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and NERC standards
(If licensed) Stamping engineering drawings
Supporting construction, commissioning, and site visits
Staying current on renewable energy technologies
Contributing technical expertise to business development and proposals
Must-Haves:
Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
FE/ EIT Certification
0-3 years of experience in Electrical Engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
Nice-to-Haves:
MS in Electrical Engineering
Internship or project experience in power systems or renewables
Involvement in student/professional engineering societies
Experience with electrical design or consulting
$81,650 - $102,525 a year
