Job Title: DevOps Software Engineer (Remote)
Remote – Poland / must overlap with US Eastern Time (min. 4 hours)
About the Role We’re hiring a
DevOps Software Engineer
to support the build, deployment, and operational lifecycle of distributed systems in a cloud-native environment. You will be part of a global DevOps team focused on automation, performance, and scalability for enterprise-grade platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain
CI/CD pipelines
using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar
Build and manage infrastructure using
Terraform ,
CloudFormation , or other IaC tools
Automate deployment processes across
Kubernetes
or containerized environments
Monitor infrastructure and applications using tools like
Prometheus ,
Grafana , or
Datadog
Support logging, tracing, and observability initiatives
Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to optimize DevSecOps workflows
Required Skills
4+ years of experience in
DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering
Proficiency in
AWS ,
Docker ,
Kubernetes
Experience with
infrastructure as code
(Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi)
Scripting knowledge:
Python ,
Bash , or similar
Hands-on experience with CI/CD and automated deployment
Familiarity with Linux-based environments
Nice to Have
Experience with
GitOps ,
ArgoCD , or
Flux
Familiarity with
security automation , secret management (Vault, SSM)
Exposure to hybrid cloud or multi-region deployments
Background in fintech, medtech, or high-compliance industries
Client Industry:

Timezone:
Must overlap at least 4 hours with US EST
