In this role, you will proactively seek out new residential mortgage business and help clients navigate the home financing process. You will offer a range of correspondent and brokered mortgage products while ensuring high-quality loan production and exceptional customer service.What You’ll Do:Build and maintain relationships to generate new business through networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.Guide borrowers through the refinance and home purchase loan application process, working closely with internal teams and partners.Conduct borrower interviews, analyze financial and credit data, and determine the best financing solutions based on client needs.Provide expert advice on loan products, eligibility, pricing, and required documentation.Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including HMDA, while upholding high ethical and professional standards.What We’re Looking For:Active NMLS license (multiple state licenses preferred).2+ years of mortgage sales experience with a proven track record of success in loan originations.Strong ability to self-manage, multitask, and generate new business.Experience using Loan Origination Systems (LOS), preferably Encompass.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while remaining adaptable and open to change.If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for helping people achieve their homeownership goals, we’d love to hear from you!## Critical Need Jobs1.
