R-2025-11# **Job Summary**We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Tax Accountant/Tax Preparer to join our relationship-focused firm and play a key role in delivering exceptional tax support to our clients, including individuals, small businesses, and trust and estate clients. Join us in delivering personalized, high-quality tax services to clients who truly value our partnership.# **Key Deliverables and Responsibilities*** Prepare and review individual, business, and trust income tax returns* Research and resolve tax-related questions and issues* Assist with gathering and organizing client data for tax planning and compliance* Maintain current knowledge of tax laws and changes to ensure accurate reporting and compliance* Support the team in delivering timely and thorough tax services across a variety of client types* Communicate directly with clients to collect documentation and explain tax matters* Represent clients in IRS and state correspondence matters, with support from senior team members* Work with tax software including QuickBooks, Lacerte, TPS, Adobe, and Microsoft Office* Help ensure internal procedures and documentation standards are followed# **What We Are Looking For**The ideal candidate is an Enrolled Agent who has 3–5 years of experience in public accounting, bookkeeping, or tax services—preferably working with high-net-worth individuals or families—and is skilled in preparing individual, business, and trust tax returns. They possess a solid understanding of current tax regulations and best practices, with experience in trusts and estates considered a strong advantage. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Lacerte, TPS, Adobe, and Microsoft Office is essential.**Salary Range:** $75,000-115,000. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the company’s operational needs, and other factors permitted by law. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, education, performance, internal equity, and geographic location.
