Lead HVAC Technician !
Your Day-to-Day:
Perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
Identify issues accurately and present professional solutions to customers
Generate and close sales opportunities for repairs, upgrades, and system replacements
Train and mentor junior technicians
Complete all job documentation accurately and promptly
Participate in on-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and after-hours service
Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and uphold company standards
Our Ideal Lead HVAC Technician:
EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
5+ years of field experience in residential HVAC service and repair
Proven sales ability with excellent communication and customer service skills
Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work on‑call rotation, including weekends
The Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Evening, weekend, and on-call work as needed
Employees report to a central location before heading to service calls
