Quality Engineer – Onsite Role in Manor, TX About the Role We’re looking for a

Quality Engineer

to join our dynamic team and ensure world-class quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about continuous improvement, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional results for our customers.

What You’ll Do

Audit assembly processes and drive continuous improvement to meet plant quality KPIs.

Ensure outgoing materials meet customer expectations.

Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to eliminate nonconformance.

Support PPAP activities, annual validations, and compliance with

IATF 16949

and

Customer Specific Requirements .

Perform capability studies, GR&R, and implement SPC tracking.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding corrective actions and quality data.

Contribute to budget planning and cost reduction initiatives.

Maintain ISO standards ( 14001, 50001, 45001 ) and uphold safety and environmental practices.

What We’re Looking For

Education:

Grade 12 (OSSD) + Post-secondary in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

3+ years in Quality Engineering.

Skills:

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of

IATF16949 ,

CQMS ,

EBSC , APQP, PPAP, GD&T, SPC.

Ability to read blueprints and use precision tools (micrometers, calipers).

Languages:

English required; Spanish/German/French a plus.

Certifications:

ISO Auditor; CMM training preferred.

Physical & Work Environment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.

Adaptability to varying temperatures (facility is not climate-controlled).

Comfortable working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
