If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## ## Job SummaryThe **Quality Engineer** will be based in **Austin, Tx**, reporting to Quality Manager**.** In this role, you will be maintaining quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization.**What a typical day looks like:*** Ensure inspection plans align with production timelines and customer requirements.* Act as the primary point of contact for inspection-related issues.* Investigate and resolve escalations promptly to minimize delays and maintain compliance.* Monitor inspection progress and proactively address bottlenecks.* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution.* Maintain accurate records of inspection activities in the tracking system.* Generate daily/weekly reports on inspection performance and key metrics.* Verify that all inspection reports, checklists, and related documents meet company and regulatory requirements.* Audit documentation for completeness and accuracy.* Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.* Support training initiatives for inspectors and related personnel.**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.* 2 years of quality experince* 1+ years of medical device experince (ISO13485)* Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience**What you'll receive for the great work you provide:*** Full range of medical, dental, and vision plans* Life Insurance* Short-term and Long-term Disability* Matching 401(k) Contributions* Vacation and Paid Sick Time* Tuition Reimbursement## ## Job CategoryQuality## NoFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
