Swiss CNC Setup Machinist/Programmer (Aerospace)
Position: Full‑time, permanent, first shift.
Location: New Britain‑area aerospace component manufacturing client.
Responsibilities:
Operate and troubleshoot multiple Fanuc‑controlled Swiss CNC (Star or like) machines simultaneously.
Edit programs as needed (Partmaker knowledge is a plus).
Modify tooling and fixturing per job.
Check own work with manual measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 5 years' experience on Fanuc‑controlled Swiss CNC machines.
Ability to edit and modify programs.
Compensation: Competitive pay commensurate with experience. Some clients provide full medical benefits.
