In this role you will lead the implementation of our Network Control Service strategy across the Americas (NAM & LAM), ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You’ll be at the forefront of digital transformation in the energy sector—driving initiatives that enhance grid reliability, optimize performance, and accelerate the transition to renewable energy.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead the execution of regional service strategies aligned with global objectives.

Drive financial performance and ensure profitability of the service portfolio.

Develop and mentor local service teams to achieve operational excellence.

Oversee governance and compliance for all service activities.

Collaborate with global teams on planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.

Foster strong relationships with utility customers and key stakeholders.

Champion innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.

Represent the region in strategic initiatives and cross‑functional projects.

Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.

Minimum of 5 years managing teams, including experience leading managers.

3+ years experience with network control systems and utility operations or Oil & Gas.

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Proven ability to deliver results in a complex, matrixed environment.

Fluency in English and (Spanish/Portuguese).

Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
