Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a
SailPoint Developer
to support identity and access management (IAM) initiatives for a federal program. This role is responsible for implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, integrating applications, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards. The SailPoint Developer will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance security measures, manage user access, and maintain governance across enterprise systems.
Responsibilities of the SailPoint Developer include:
Implement and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet business and security requirements.
Develop custom integrations with applications, directories, and systems using APIs and SailPoint connectors.
Ensure IAM solutions adhere to security best practices and regulatory compliance standards.
Implement access control policies, including role-based access control (RBAC).
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and integration details.
Prepare reports on system performance, access governance, and compliance metrics.
Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to align IAM solutions with organizational policies.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of IAM projects.
Qualifications for the SailPoint Developer include:
US Citizenship required.
Active Secret Clearance required.
Security+ or equivalent certification.
4+ years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions.
2+ years of experience with enterprise identity governance & administration (IGA) platforms such as:
SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or IdentityNow
Saviynt Security Manager (SSM) or Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC)
IBM Security Verify Governance
Proficiency in Java programming language.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with API development and integration.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks and security best practices.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Compensation for the SailPoint Developer includes:
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000
