General Position Statement The Lending Relationship Administrator is responsible for working with loan officers to meet the banking needs of our customers. This position is responsible for ensuring the loan processing and loan closing are conducted in a prompt manner and providing excellent customer service. The Lending Relationship Administrator works directly with the customer, as necessary to obtain all necessary information.
Duties and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the filing, initiating, correspondence, scheduling, and coordination of the activities between the loan officer and customer, to ensure efficiency and high performing service within the department.
Sells and cross-sells Bank products to new and established customers by assessing the customer’s needs and being knowledgeable of the features and benefits of the products.
Prepares loan advances, renewal, extensions, and amendments and works with Loan Officers to close and fund loans.
Reviews and resolves credit and collateral exceptions.
Works with Loan Officer in compiling information for credit analysis, ordering credit bureau and Dun Bradstreet reports.
Obtains required information for prospective customers and/or existing customers for collateral and credit files. Files Deeds of Trust, Titles, and UCC’s.
Quotes loan payoffs and initiates loan payoff letters.
Sends all lending document to loan administration, ensuring all exceptions are removed.
Responsible for performing duties for department in an efficient and accurate manner, such as, but not limited to; coordinating activities between Loan Officers and Customers, contacting the Customer directly to ask questions and obtain information, preparing documentation and correspondence, delivering mail within the department, answering phones, and coordinating scheduling, reporting, and file maintenance.
May make payment decisions, with approval from banking center president or department head.
Participates in the bank’s High-Performance Rewards Connections program.
Maintains a thorough knowledge of Bank products, services, policies, procedures and appropriate regulatory issues as related to daily job functions including, but not limited to: Bank Secrecy Act; Privacy Act: Fair Lending Act; Regulation E, etc. Completes required compliance training and adheres to the Bank’s standard of conduct.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Two (2) years of similar experience required.
Previous BankPlus product, services, and systems experience preferred.
General computer and typing experience Microsoft Office Suite, to include Excel, Word, and Outlook
Driving, and occasional travel, as needed for business purpose.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work outside of regular business hours, as deemed necessary.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
