PURPOSE Support the ministry’s mission by assisting in the development of data tools and insights that help teams steward resources faithfully and make informed decisions. This role contributes to transparency and strategic growth by maintaining dashboards, analyzing trends, and ensuring data integrity—laying the foundation for impactful, cross-departmental collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS (INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Conduct financial, expense, and ministry objective analysis using Tableau and Excel.

Perform basic forecasting and trend analysis to support planning efforts.

Partner with BI Developers to define business rules and ensure data integrity.

Assist in database cleanup and organization to improve reporting quality.

Translate business needs into analytical requirements under guidance.

Identify patterns and anomalies in data to inform strategic decisions.

Present findings clearly to stakeholders across departments.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data needs.

Support testing and validation of BI tools and reports.

Participate in team knowledge sharing and code reviews.

Contribute to discussions on data strategy and tool improvements.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Degree in Computer Science or related field of study or 2+ years of experience in a related field.

Ability to quickly learn various software solutions.

COMPUTER / SOFTWARE SKILLS

Experience with SQL

Experience with Tableau

Experience with Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft 365 Suite
