Highlights You will be part of the Information Technology team, responsible for visioning, defining, and developing new technology products, and optimizing existing solutions built from MCBC shared platforms. You will manage a product portfolio that supports North American supply chain across integrated business planning, scheduling, distributor ordering, transportation/distribution, manufacturing quality, environmental health and safety (EHS), and non‑alcoholic capabilities across both supply chain and commercial applications.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of 3–5 product solution owners, each responsible for product roadmaps across MCBC supply chain domains.
Develop the product strategy and delivery across supply chain, integrated business planning, and non‑alcohol areas while working closely with business leadership.
Act as the “Face of IT” to the business, understanding strategies & opportunities and managing business demand.
Manage business relationships with distributors and internal stakeholders, including executives in MCBC and other business functions.
Translate business strategy into technology strategy.
Own initiatives with global and/or cross‑functional scope.
Collaborate with business unit leaders to define capabilities and experiences.
Partner with internal IT departments to optimize value proposition.
Drive benefit realization and delivery of intended results in partnership with business sponsors.
Collaborate closely with third‑party service providers.
Facilitate transition from traditional project delivery to Agile product delivery and value‑stream focused delivery for the supply chain organization.
Champion transition to cloud‑based, digital, and shared platform solutions, engaging leaders in the value of shared platforms.
Travel across the Molson Coors North American brewery network and markets (appx. 15–25%).
Lead career growth discussions and support team members’ development.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technology‑related field or equivalent experience (4+ years) in IT.
10+ years leading strategy and delivery of technology solutions, including customer‑facing, business‑specific, and enterprise applications; preferably in the CPG industry.
5–7+ years managing complex projects, leading cross‑functional product teams in Manufacturing or Consumer Products, delivering product‑based or Agile solutions.
Experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of business priorities, ability to complete complex projects quickly, and excellent relationship‑building skills.

Pay and Benefits Posting Salary Range:
$168,400.00 – $221,000.00 per year (includes target short‑term and long‑term incentive). On average, company spends $23,000 per employee on benefits, covering health, dental, vision, retirement with above‑market employer match, wellness incentives, EAP, and paid time off (including holidays, vacation days, and sick days).
