We are hiring a Senior SQL Server Database Developer to join our team in Camas, WA or Plano, TX. Its paying Up to $160K base + 20% bonus + excellent benefits. This is a full-time, permanent role with a hybrid work model—on-site for the first 90 days, then eligible for 75 remote workdays per year.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of SQL Server database development experience Strong ETL/ELT skills (batch + real-time) 4+ years of Azure experience (IaaS, PaaS, Azure SQL, Data Factory, Cosmos DB, etc.) Bonus: Experience with .NET, T-SQL, GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines What You’ll Do
Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and storage systems Develop ETL/ELT processes using tools like SSIS, Informatica, Kafka, Spark, or MuleSoft Work with structured and unstructured data models (data vault, dimensional) Collaborate across teams to implement security, monitoring, and tooling Provide operational support and incident management for data flows Mentor junior team members and contribute to documentation and training
