Webservices QA Tester (5+ Years Experience Required)
No C2C. No H1B.
A large enterprise financial organization is seeking an experienced Webservices QA Tester to support complex application and service validation across the full software development lifecycle. This role requires strong manual and automation testing skills, deep experience with REST APIs, and the ability to collaborate closely with development and cross‑functional teams.
Position Overview The Webservices QA Tester will:
Conduct end‑to‑end testing to ensure business, technical, and functional requirements are met throughout the SDLC
Execute test scripts aligned with established test strategies and test plans
Identify and document defects prior to production release
Participate in Production Certification activities to validate production health and detect post‑deployment issues
Perform both manual and automated testing as required

5+ years of QA experience in enterprise environments
Strong experience testing REST APIs, including consuming APIs using async methods in partnership with backend development teams
Expertise in web services testing and validation
Ability to write high‑quality test scripts and execute comprehensive test cases
Strong UI testing with cross‑browser and cross‑device compatibility experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including participation in user experience reviews
Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
Self‑motivated, eager to learn new technologies, and able to work independently
Hands‑on experience with Selenium, manual testing, automation testing, and full STLC/testing methodologies
