Role Overview Help power the future of developer AI by building scalable, secure backend platforms that connect large language models to real-world product experiences. In this backend engineering role, you’ll design and deliver cloud infrastructure and enterprise features, supporting both multi-tenant and single-tenant deployments for a next-generation, developer-centric AI platform.
What You’ll Do
Architect and implement core backend systems powering advanced model fine-tuning and intelligent developer tooling
Build distributed infrastructure that manages data sovereignty, developer access, and interoperability across IDEs, APIs, and CI/CD workflows
Collaborate within a top-tier engineering team drawn from premier industry backgrounds, driving best-in-class reliability, scalability, and developer experience
Optimize performance, monitoring, and automation using cloud-native tools (Kubernetes, Terraform, Git, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog)
Champion enterprise customization and data security for private deployments
Who You Are
4+ years of backend engineering experience on scalable enterprise platforms
Hands‑on skills in Go, Ruby, Python, C++, and distributed messaging systems (Kafka, Google Pub/Sub)
Proven history building infrastructure using AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes
Adept at remote collaboration, autonomous work, and periodic travel for deep technical summits
Eligible for H1B visa sponsorship if needed
