In this role, you will serve as the voice of the business within Agile teams, own a defined product domain, and collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, and developers to deliver solutions that elevate the advisor and client experience. You will play a critical role in shaping backlog priorities, clarifying requirements, and ensuring alignment with Kestra’s strategic objectives.

What you’ll Do:

Own and refine the product backlog for Salesforce capabilities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSC, workflow automation, integrations, and AI-driven features.

Translate business objectives into high-quality user stories, epics, success metrics, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.

Partner with business stakeholders to understand pain points, define business value, and inform prioritization decisions.

Participate in discovery sessions, journey mapping, and data analysis to validate requirements and enhance user experience.

Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to ensure scalable, best-practice solutions.

Drive Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews) and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.

Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring delivered functionality meets business expectations.

Monitor KPIs and adoption metrics to assess platform performance and inform continuous improvement.

Champion platform standards related to data quality, security, and integration patterns.

Partner with enablement teams to support training, release communications, and adoption initiatives.

Maintain comprehensive functional documentation for Salesforce platform features, workflows, and integrations.

Understand, analyze, and document end-to-end business processes to ensure alignment with platform.

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or Salesforce-focused delivery roles.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; familiarity with FSC and Advisor/Client 360 models.

Proven ability to manage and prioritize backlogs in Agile/Scrum environments.

Skilled in translating business strategy into actionable user stories and functional requirements.

Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and measuring product success.

Exposure to financial services or other regulated industries preferred.

Understanding of Salesforce governance, DevOps pipelines, and scalable architecture principles.
