Demand Planner
Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Demand Planner to support regional footwear planning within a fast‑paced, consumer‑driven environment. This role will play a critical part in translating data and market insights into accurate demand forecasts while partnering closely with merchandising and cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and comfortable balancing strategy with hands‑on execution.
Hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Demand Planner Responsibilities
Build and manage seasonal depth plans and demand forecasts to support regional footwear assortments.
Analyze sales, inventory, and market trends to inform pre‑season, in‑season, and post‑season planning decisions.
Partner closely with merchandising and planning stakeholders to align forecasts with assortment and business strategies.
Develop and maintain sales and inventory plans, identifying risks and opportunities that may impact performance.
Prepare clear, data‑driven presentations and insights to support decision‑making across teams.
Demand Planner Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or a related supply chain planning function.
Strong Excel skills (basic to intermediate), with the ability to analyze data, trends, and forecasts.
Experience supporting consumer products, apparel, or footwear planning in a retail or wholesale environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting insights to partners.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered.
Compensation Up to $41/hr. (DOE)
