The Shift Lead will be responsible for overseeing the operations during their designated shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This individual will also be responsible for supervising and training team members, as well as providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of the shift Supervise and train team members Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Handle customer inquiries and complaints Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies Qualifications:
Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
