In this role, you will lead and enhance financial planning and analysis functions for a fast-growing, technology-driven business. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions. Working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, you will provide clarity on performance, guide strategic initiatives, and support long-term planning. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your analytical expertise and leadership will directly influence the company’s growth and financial health. You will also mentor junior finance staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial operations and reporting processes. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys problem-solving, and communicates complex financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Accountabilities

Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and scenario planning Build financial models and decision-making tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders Prepare financial reports, commentaries, and presentations to support executive and board-level decisions Drive improvements in day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and analysis, proposing solutions to optimize performance Collaborate cross-functionally on projects including commission structures, ROI analysis, and new product evaluations Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering growth and professional development Support strategic planning, financial due diligence, and analysis for key business initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field 6+ years of experience in corporate finance, consulting, or high-growth technology environments 1+ years of people management experience Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; experience with SQL preferred Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Mode, Looker, Power BI, etc.) Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy SaaS experience is preferred but not required
