Telum
is seeking
SIGINT Analyst SMEs
to identify and characterize high-value targets and networks through advanced DNR/DNI tradecraft. You’ll coordinate SIGINT activities with internal and external partners to ensure compliant collection, dissemination, and precision geolocation, while leveraging NSA and enterprise SIGINT databases and tools. This role demands deep multi-INT awareness, disciplined reporting, and the ability to brief and influence senior leaders. What You’ll Do
Execute advanced SIGINT analysis to confirm individuals, organizations, facilities, locations, trends, and patterns of life for targets and networks of interest.
Coordinate procedures with NSA/IC/SOF elements to align collection, dissemination, and precision geo-location with policy and directives.
Exploit DNR and DNI sources using current SIGINT systems, databases, and software tools; integrate with all-source where appropriate.
Produce serialized reporting, white papers, targeting packages, and other finished intelligence.
Brief senior audiences (O-6/GS-15+) and advise mission leads on SIGINT-driven COAs and risks.
Direct, mentor, and quality-control subordinate analysts supporting operations.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years
SIGINT analyst experience at full-performance level.
5+ years
supporting or working with
USSOCOM/SOF
or national IC agencies (e.g.,
NSA, CIA, DIA ).
3+ years
providing intelligence support to
special operations .
3+ years
producing formal finished intelligence (e.g., serialized reports, targeting packages, white papers).
Proven experience briefing
Colonel (O-6) / GS-15
or higher.
Superior proficiency with contemporary
all-source analytic techniques
and current
all-source tools .
High proficiency with
NSA and enterprise SIGINT databases
and tools across
DNR
and
DNI ; familiarity with precision GEOINT/SIGINT geo-location workflows.
Proficient with intelligence automation, applications, and repositories used for analytic production.
Strong briefing skills and demonstrated ability to direct and influence the conduct of SIGINT operations.
Robust background in
SIGINT analysis ,
systems/tools/databases ,
reporting , and
collection management .
Active
TS/SCI with polygraph
at time of application.
Desired Skills
Expert knowledge of
SOF
and/or
CT
intelligence missions.
Experience integrating SIGINT with multi-INT target development and collection management.
Understanding of legal/oversight frameworks governing SIGINT collection and dissemination.
