Rate: $70 - $75 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Join our team to build backend applications that deliver magical experiences
Modernize capabilities to support, craft, and develop reusable Java applications, optimizing quality and deployment practices
Collaborate with business, partners, and engineers to enable new capabilities and respond to events
Contribute to the entire development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, as part of an agile, multi-functional team
Share your technical knowledge to strengthen our engineering community and pursue your own learning of new technologies and skills
Experience Requirements:
10+ years of software engineering experience
Proficiency in Java 8+, with expertise in web application frameworks like Spring Boot and RESTful API development
Strong experience with CI/CD practices and a shared DevOps model
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Argo CD, Terraform, AWS DevOps, Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana
Experience in developing and deploying applications in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of AWS Toolsets, including SQS, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, S3, Kinesis, CloudFormation
Proven experience in designing, building, and documenting customer-facing RESTful APIs
Education Requirements: Bachelors in Computer Science Required
