Job description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Collective Task Training Developer with expertise in cybersecurity to join our team supporting the Army Cyber School at Fort Eisenhower, GA.
Position Qualifications :
Clearance:
Top Secret Clearance / SCI Eligibility
Have a working knowledge in the Mission Essential Task List (METL), Mission Essential Task (MET), and collective task role in the training process and unit readiness reporting.
Have a working knowledge of Unit Training Products, the generation of Force Support for Unit Training Products, Universal Joint Unit Task List (UJUTL), and unit quality control process.
Have a working knowledge of the Standards for Training Readiness Advisory Group (STRAG) process and the Combined Arms Training Strategy (CATS) interface with Army processes and models.
Have knowledge of a Mission Training Plan (MTP) and Army Training and Evaluation Plan (ARTEP).
Have knowledge of the Training Event Matrix (TEM) development process to include Task sets, Training events, and Training iterations.
Have a working knowledge in the collective task design and development requirements.
Have a working knowledge of the CATS development and management process.
Have a working knowledge of Warrior Training Support Package (WTSP) design and development requirements.
Have a working knowledge in design and development of a drill.
Have a working knowledge of the relationship between Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) and Cyber and EW units.
Have a working knowledge in identifying the relationship between Military Intelligence (MI), United States Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC), and Signal Command (SC) for Cyber and EW requirements.
Key Responsibilities Training Development & Analysis
Develop, revise, and maintain training and training products in accordance with the
ADDIE process ,
Army Learning Model (ALM)
principles, and all applicable regulations and SOPs, including
TRADOC Reg 350-70 ,
TRADOC Pam 350-70-1 , and all appendices.
Produce training products in the required
electronic TRADOC 350-70 format
and submit to the COR no later than
five (5) working days prior to training execution , or as directed when curriculum adjustments are required by the Government.
Conduct comprehensive
training analysis
to identify training needs, requirements, standards, and gaps, including
needs, mission, job, task, cost, feasibility, and validation analyses , as appropriate to subject matter complexity and sensitivity.
Conduct research to integrate emerging instructional technologies, methodologies, and training concepts to improve
Cyber School instruction
and resolve training issues.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations outlined in
Part 6 of the PWS .
Collaboration, Coordination, & Professional Engagement
Work collaboratively with Government personnel, Army proponents, schools, institutions, industry, academia, DoD organizations, and foreign government entities to identify and implement relevant collective training solutions.
Attend workshops, conferences, meetings, and training events; present information or assess training events as directed by the PWS and COR.
Document modification requirements identified during meetings, conferences, and unit engagements in accordance with COR-provided guidance regarding location, security, and documentation methods.
Training Product Review & Documentation
Periodically review training materials, including lesson plans, student handouts, and practical exercises, for doctrinal accuracy, technical correctness, and instructional adequacy; provide findings and recommendations to the COR and Training Development Supervisor.
Interpret current and emerging doctrine, policies, and technical manuals to ensure training and collective products are
doctrinally sound and operationally relevant .
Create and maintain draft products in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and upload products for Government review, as required.
Collective Training & Task Development
Develop, revise, and maintain
Universal Joint Task Lists (UJTLs)
and
Unit Task Lists (UTLs)
to support collective training development for Cyber, EW, and Cyber/EW-supported units.
Identify existing approved collective tasks within
TRADOC-approved database systems , integrate them with newly developed tasks, and ensure proper linkage to applicable
TOE/TDA Cyber, EW, or supported units
in support of the Collective Training Development process.
Conduct research to identify required new collective tasks for inclusion in UTLs and ensure all tasks are properly linked within the TRADOC system of record.
Review UJTL-approved collective tasks and recommend individual tasks and/or topics for linkage; coordinate recommendations with the TPOC and implement approved linkages.
Develop and publish collective training products to the
Central Army Registry (CAR)
using TRADOC-approved Training Development Capabilities (TDC) systems.
CATS, METL, & Training Strategy Support
Assist with
Mission Analysis (MA) ,
Front End Analysis (FEA) ,
CMS-Express / ATMS inputs , and
Coordinating Draft (CD)
reviews in support of the
Collective Army Training Strategy (CATS) .
