We are currently seeking a Project Architect for Studio One. Applicants must be strong designers with experience in multi-family residential work.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree
7-10 years experience
Strong design ability and graphic presentation skills, knowledge of contemporary architecture
Interest in design studies, digital modeling, research, and creative problem solving
Experience working with affordable housing and developer clients; experience with HPD, HCR, and DCP preferred
Excellent analytical and technical skills, including a knowledge of NYC zoning and building code, Construction Set development, and detailing
Thorough knowledge of PassiveHouse, NYSERDA, HPD BLDS
Experience developing CD sets, including detailing ability and coordinating disciplines
Proficiency in all phases of design and construction
Ability to manage and mentor junior team members and coordinating consultants
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas
Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with 3d Studio Max, Enscape, and/or Rhino
Authorization to work in the US and English fluency
Compensation Salary $80,000 -$115,000 commensurate with experience and skill level. Salaries are reviewed annually.

Our flex policy includes one WFH day each week as well as two additional WFA weeks each year.
