Job Summary Required Skills/Abilities In-depth understanding of U.S. payroll tax laws and multi-jurisdictional compliance requirements.
Demonstrated experience in tax reconciliation, filing, and issue resolution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel and payroll tax platforms (e.g., MasterTax, ADP SmartCompliance, SAP).
Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
Minimum 3+ years of payroll tax experience, preferably in a multi-client or outsourcing environment.
Experience handling high-volume, multi-state payroll tax filings.
Prior exposure to tax audits and government agency correspondence preferred.
Physical Requirements
This position requires periods of sitting at a desk, standing, and working on a computer.
This role will serve our clients in the Western part of the United States and must reside in the Central, Mountain or Pacific time zones.
