In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management of contract renewals, ensuring timely execution, accuracy, and strategic alignment across multiple internal teams. You will act as a key advisor for deal structuring, pricing, and commercial negotiations, supporting complex and high-value renewals while mitigating risk. This role requires close collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Finance to streamline processes, forecast revenue, and maintain compliance. You will also implement best practices, process improvements, and reporting frameworks that enhance the overall renewals function. Accountabilities
Manage the full renewal process, including coordination with internal teams, customer communications, and contract execution
Provide deal advisory and support commercial negotiations for complex renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
Develop and maintain best practices for deal structuring, pricing, and contract terms, driving consistency and compliance
Prepare financial models and risk/reward analyses to inform leadership and account teams on deal economics
Lead non-standard deal approvals and manage quote processing to ensure timely execution
Maintain accurate renewal forecasts, reports, and records to support business planning and decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline renewals operations, implement automation, and improve process efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in deal desk, finance, contracts, sales operations, or revenue roles; SaaS/subscription experience preferred
Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles
Proficiency with Salesforce.com; experience with Gainsight or similar tools is a plus
Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and manage bespoke commercial agreements
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams
Experience in a high‑growth, fast‑paced technology or SaaS environment
