This is an in-person position About This Opportunity We're looking for a detail-loving problem-solver to join our Finance/Billing team! You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero making sure our medical, behavioral health, and dental services get properly billed and paid耀o our community members can focus on getting the care and support they need.
What You'll Be Doing
Submit and track claims using our billing software (mostly electronic容asy!)
Work with insurance companies to get referrals, pre-authorizations, and verify coverage
Keep an eye on unpaid claims and make sure payments match up
Dig into denied claims and appeal them successfully
Keep our billing practices compliant with all the rules and regulations
Stay organized with clear, thorough records
You're a Great Fit If You Have
High school diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of medical billing experience
Medical billing certification
Solid skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding, HCFA 1500, and UB-04
Experience with billing software and electronic medical records

The Day-to-Day This is primarily desk work with computer use throughout the day. You’ll need to move around the office, lift occasional items up to 25 pounds, and stay comfortable working at your desk.
