No on‑call or after‑hours work.
Collaborating psychiatrists covered nationwide.
Malpractice insurance covered.
Ongoing collaboration and camaraderie with other Brightside providers.
No prescription of controlled substances.
State‑of‑the‑art tools and customizable EMR integrated with AI.
Responsibilities
Maintain all appropriate licensure to prescribe and dispense medications.
Have excellent grammar, attention to detail, and proficiency in writing medical information at a patient level.
Be technology savvy and excited about tech improving medical care.
Be pleasant, responsive, and willing to collaborate with our team.
Provide direct patient care via telemedicine (remote); including synchronous video consultations and asynchronous messaging.
Consistently responsive to clinical leadership and highly reliable to members.
Evaluate patient records, make prescribing decisions, and provide medication‑related counseling as needed in a timely manner.
Successful completion of charting within 48 hours of session.
Support a 72‑hour messaging response window for patients.
Requirements
Active and clear APRN license.
Licensed Nurse Practitioner – Certified in Psychiatric & Mental Health (PMHNP required).
At least 2 years of autonomous experience practicing as a PMHNP, post‑graduate.
Previous experience working in an outpatient setting.
Telehealth experience and high comfort level working with technology.
Must be licensed in 4+ states.
8+ hours of availability per week.
Experience working with adolescents strongly preferred.
Opted in to Medicare/Medicaid.
