About the Role An established medical aesthetics practice is seeking a skilled and confident Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our growing aesthetic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing safe, natural-looking aesthetic outcomes and creating an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, following established clinical guidelines and safety standards.
Conduct detailed patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Operate aesthetic devices and maintain proficiency with various technologies.
Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care and ongoing maintenance.
Maintain accurate and compliant medical records.
Collaborate with the team to promote services and support client retention.
Requirements
Active RN license in the state of Connecticut.
Minimum 1 year
of experience in medical aesthetics.
Device proficiency and strong clinical assessment skills.
Confident communication and professional bedside manner.
Commitment to safety, precision, and ongoing professional development.
Compensation
$45-$55 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
Performance-based bonuses and/or commissions
