TO QUALIFY
Employees must be at least 18 years of age per Oregon State Administrative Rules
Prefer experience working with persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Successful candidates will be required to meet all Oregon State Department of Human Services requirements.
WHAT WE OFFER
Rates Starting at: $20.00/Hr
Current Schedules Available: Sun-Tues 8pm-8am or Wed/Fri/Sat 8pm-8am

Paid training and orientation schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm for the first 2 weeks of employment (hybrid)
What You Get To Do We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals with disabilities; behavioral or medical complexities in our residential programs!
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support our persons served with activities that focus on increasing their independence. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with the person served to provide coaching, supervision, and role modeling life skills. The job may also include transportation, medication administration, meal preparation, or and assistance with personal cares.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Employees must be at least 18 years of age per Oregon State Administrative Rules
Prefer experience working with persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Good communication is key in this role. You’ll rely on your reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members.
This is a non-driving position
Successful candidates will be required to meet all Oregon State Department of Human Services requirements.
