R21067Keystone Human Services is currently seeking Advanced Direct Support Professionals to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the areas of intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. Our work focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fully participate in everything society has to offer.As an Advanced Direct Support Professional, you will support adults by creating a healthy and engaging home setting, teaching and assisting with daily living skills, assisting with personal care, and advocating for the health and wellness of the people we support. This position may administer medications, perform delegated nursing tasks, monitor health conditions under the supervisor of a nurse, and respond to emergencies following protocols and implementing behavior support plans. The Advanced Direct Support Professional supports individuals with a high level of need as defined by clinical and/or health care assessments.Keystone Human Services values health, wellbeing, and professional growth.
