PACT MSO
has a busy Internal Medicine Group with multiple locations and is seeking a Team Lead. The hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. The position is located primarily in West Haven but may float to office locations in New Haven, Milford, Guilford, Wallingford and Cheshire as needed.
The Team Lead handles daily workflow, schedules, and issues within a department.
Essential Functions
Point person for the department including answering questions and inquiries from employees in the department, outside the department, patients, etc.
Resolves daily workflow issues
Train employees in the department
Maintain training materials and process / procedures
Reminds employees of policy and procedures
Skills and Knowledge
Full understanding of department workflow, systems, and procedures
Communicates directly and clearly
Demonstrated knowledge of computers
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
5 years of experience in the department or similar department
