We are looking for anEstimator who has experience(estimating all divisions) inground up commercial construction. The ideal candidateenjoysconceptual estimating and doing a fair amount take-offs for ground up multi-family and commercial building construction projects ranging from $5M to $25M+.Previous experience estimating for a multi-family company is strongly preferred. . Position Responsibilities
Ability to work with our customers and architect/engineer/subcontract partners in a diligent and collaborative manner
Bid document preparation and subcontractor buyout in an expeditious and thorough manner
The ideal candidate has the ability to solve problems with limited direction
Ability to bring tasks to completion in a timely manner
Conceptual estimating ability is a requirement of this position
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and multi-task
Ability to lead project meetings and assist and/or fill in for other Estimators with all functions
Ability to communicate directly with Vendors/Subcontractors/Architects/Engineers
Minimum Qualifications
A degree in Construction Management or Construction/Civil Engineering/Architecture strongly preferred
At least 5years of experience in estimating commercial building construction projects
Experience and confidence with the followingtechnology platforms: On-Screen Takeoff, SmartSheets, BlueBeam, Smart Bid
The ideal candidate has the ability to solve problems with limited direction
