By working within an active office environment, you will be positioned to receive and develop referrals tied to small balance commercial, mixed-use, investor, and owner-user opportunities. This creates a strong foundation to learn commercial prospecting while benefiting from existing residential activity.

You will work closely with experienced commercial professionals who provide coaching, structure, and real-deal exposure. You will learn how to analyze opportunities, communicate with business owners and investors, negotiate terms, and manage transactions from introduction through closing with professionalism and consistency.

First year earning potential when hitting goals: $170,000+

Responsibilities

Commercial lead generation

Commercial lead follow-up

CRM and Database management

Sales talk mastery

Set appointments

Execute appointments

Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements

Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients

Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision

Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction

Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally

Qualifications

A real estate license is required

Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities

Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising

Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language

Independent and self motivated

Compensation $170,000 at plan
