Overview As a GTS Treasury Applications Administrator, you will provide system and user administration for critical bank user interfaces. These tasks include application configuration and set‑up, report configuration, user and user group administration, and compliance reviews. A key focus of this position is to assist the Corporate Applications Support team with supporting the business users, maintaining the health of the applications, and assisting with future enhancements. This position reports to the GTS Treasury Applications Manager.

Maintain bank user lists in SharePoint tool
Maintain users in online bank portals
Document and manage bank token processes
Perform SharePoint library configuration for new banks / roles
Assist in creating / expanding bank Standard Operating Procedures
Assist with quarterly user access reviews and other compliance activities for bank portals
Assist bank administration support teams with support / maintenance activities
Troubleshoot and elevate issues to bank/internal teams for resolution
Inform GTS Treasury Applications Manager of any observed or potential issues
Provide detailed and summary status reporting to GTS Treasury Applications Manager
About you
Associate’s Degree or higher (or in pursuit of) in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Excellent computer literacy skills
Strong PC skills, including experience using MS Office Products, especially Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Current passport
Experience with Treasury Management Systems and/or online bank portals is a plus
Help desk or support desk experience is a plus
Experience working in large enterprises with domestic and international locations is a plus
Experience working with off‑shore or remote development/support teams is a plus
Understanding of systems development and project delivery life cycles is a plus
Multilingual fluency, especially in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus

Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
