DiegemIT Functional Analyst## Job DescriptionWe are looking for an **IT Functional Analyst** to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for IT solutions. Your role ensures that systems and applications meet business needs and deliver value.**JOB PROFILE**- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and process analysis.- Translate business needs into functional specifications and ensure alignment with technical teams.- Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle.- Support solution design and validate that delivered functionality meets requirements.- Provide training and support to end-users and create documentation.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.**YOUR PROFILE**- You are located in Belgium and speak fluently Dutch OR French (and English)- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.Proven experience as a **Functional Analyst**, **Business Analyst**, or similar role.- Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems.- Ability to create clear functional specifications and process documentation.- Familiarity with **SQL** and basic data analysis.- Experience with ERP systems, CRM, or other enterprise applications; Knowledge of **Agile** or **Waterfall** methodologies.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.**WHAT WE OFFER**At Sogeti Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where we offer you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
