About the Role
Northwestern Dental Center is seeking a skilled and reliable Part-Time Dental Assistant to support our new DDS and expanding patient needs. This is a great opportunity to join a patient-centered, team-oriented practice in the heart of downtown Chicago. Key Responsibilities
Assist the general dentist with restorative procedures, including: Fillings Crowns Bridges Take high-quality digital X-rays Perform impressions and intraoral 3D scanning Prepare and set up operatories for procedures Maintain proper sterilization protocols for instruments and equipment Provide excellent, compassionate patient care Support overall clinical workflow as needed Desired Skills & Qualifications
Experience with: Digital X-rays Impressions Intraoral 3D scanning Restorative assisting (fillings, crowns, bridges) Sterilization and operatory setup Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional, patient-focused communication Dental Assistant training or certification preferred Illinois X-ray certification is a plus Why Join Us
