Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Nursing – Spokane, WA
Opportunity Highlights
Join a behavioral health team serving skilled nursing facilities across Spokane, WA
Monday–Friday flexible schedule with no set start time – “round and go” model
Typically one facility per day, with autonomy to structure your day
Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and mental health support
Collaborate with facility teams to deliver individualized treatment plans
W2 employed position with dedicated clinical and administrative support
Ideal for PMHNPs or Psych PAs passionate about geriatric and post-acute mental health
Compensation & Benefits
Fee-for-service model with
estimated annual income: $144,982 – $171,978
Biweekly pay with
no cap on productivity income
Sign-on incentives may be available for qualified candidates

Qualifications
Active Washington license as a PMHNP or Psych PA
Independent practice and billing eligibility required
DEA license for Washington
Skilled documentation and communication skills
Experience in post-acute or long-term care settings preferred
