You Have
10+ years of experience in space systems engineering, integration, and testing
10+ years of experience in system‑of‑systems integration and integrated system testing for space, ground, or user programs
Experience in space segment to ground segment integration, including mission readiness test planning and execution
Experience developing integrated plans and schedules, developing decision briefings, managing givers or receivers, and managing risks for space programs
Experience with collaboration tools, including Confluence or Jira
Ability to lead and participate in cross‑functional team meetings and task execution across systems engineering and integration activities
Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD mission
Ability to communicate effectively and establish collaborative relationships with government clients and contractor teammates
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
Nice If You Have
15+ years of experience in space vehicle systems engineering, integration, and testing
Experience with launch planning and execution and satellite operations
Experience performing multiple systems engineering and program management functions
Knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle milestones and DoD systems engineering, test, and production policies, standards, and practices
Knowledge of GPS space, ground, or user segment
Possession of excellent writing skills for program or systems engineering documentation
Possession of excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Top Secret clearance
Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
PMP, ESEP, CSEP, or OCSMP Certifications
Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
