Position Overview: Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Superintendent:
Ensure Projects Stay on Track:
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage Changes to Scope, Schedule, and Budget:
Identify and manage scope changes, scheduling adjustments, and cost impacts using structured verification methods.
Monitor Field Activities for Risk and Quality:
Implement risk mitigation strategies and enforce safety and quality standards during all phases of construction.
Coordinate with Vendors and Stakeholders:
Maintain communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to keep all parties aligned and responsive to evolving project needs.
Maintain Accurate Field Documentation:
Generate and maintain project documentation, including ordering briefs, daily reports, and records of site progress.
Requirements:
HS diploma with 2 to 5 years of experience.
Minimum 2 years in data center construction experience
OSHA 30 Construction required.
Forklift certification required.
Ability to work independently, strong communication skills with ability to influence behaviors.
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Procore, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience supporting data center construction projects, particularly in roles involving project management or QA/QC. They are proactive, organized, and motivated to grow into a leadership position by working alongside our industry leading superintendents and owning the logistics coordinator responsibilities.
Benefits:
Salary range $150,000 - $180,000 commensurate with experience.
