The Construction Manager oversees field operations and project delivery, ensuring construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and within scope. This role is responsible for coordinating contractors, managing schedules and budgets, and maintaining communication between project teams and clients to deliver successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily field operations and coordinate subcontractors. Monitor project schedule, costs, and quality control. Conduct site inspections and enforce safety standards. Resolve construction issues and change orders promptly. Review drawings and specifications to ensure field compliance. Communicate progress to project management and clients. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field. 5+ years of experience in construction supervision or management. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of OSHA standards and construction best practices. Benefits
