Job Overview Donovan Brothers Inc. is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead the full life cycle of complex commercial construction projects ranging from $5M to $30M. This pivotal role includes preconstruction planning, cost control, contract administration, and team leadership. As a Senior PM, you’ll work closely with company leadership in a flat organizational structure that values autonomy, collaboration, and impactful decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities Lead all phases of assigned commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Manage project budgets, schedules, RFIs, and submittals.
Execute subcontractor buyout and procurement processes.
Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and field staff for seamless execution.
Implement value engineering solutions and monitor cost control measures.
Mentor Project Engineers and Junior Project Managers.
Maintain compliance with project scopes, safety standards, and timeline goals.
Report regularly to internal and external stakeholders on project status and performance.
Qualifications 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects with a general contractor.
Existing book of business with client relationships to drive immediate and future project growth.
Proven success managing ground‑up and tenant improvement projects from $5M to $30M.
Strong knowledge of contract administration, scheduling, budgeting, and field coordination.
Proficiency with Foundation, Procore, MS Project, Excel, Bluebeam, and Planswift preferred.
Excellent communication, team leadership, and conflict‑resolution skills.
