Responsibilities
The Maintenance & Reliability Manager will lead and supervise a team of Maintenance/Reliability personnel providing technical guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Develop and implement maintenance and reliability strategies that align with organizational goals and industry best practices; identify opportunities for efficiency and reliability gains.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain to streamline operations, resolve issues, drive operational excellence and promote safety while reducing costs.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of equipment reliability and the workforce.
Ensure the availability of plant equipment through preventative, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance techniques.
Conduct root cause analyses and lead implementation of corrective actions to address equipment failures and performance issues.
Develop and manage the maintenance budget; forecast expenditures, track costs, and identify avenues for cost optimization while enhancing operational efficiency.
Relocation provided. $150K-$160K.
Requirements
The Maintenance & Reliability Manager will have a BSME or BSEE and 10 + years of experience in maintenance and reliability engineering within petrochemical and chemicals plants. PSM experience is a requirement.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of maintenance professionals.
High level of “hands-on” experience with equipment and be proficient at solving complex equipment problems.
In-depth knowledge of the best practices and methodologies in maintenance in addition to modern techniques that ensure high reliability, efficiency, and safety.
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
