We now seek a Site Administrator and Document Controller to join our team on a permanent, full‑time basis.

The Role As a Site Administrator & Document Controller, you will manage document systems and quality processes, ensuring accurate information is distributed across projects efficiently and on time, whilst supporting the Site Managers in all project related administrative duties.
Following our document management procedures, you will undertake thorough document quality checks and register the receipt, upload and distribution of project documentation.
Working closely with design managers, you will assist with the development of workflows, including the approval, implementation and monitoring of these and other contract administration functions.
Ensuring the correct security protocols and accessibility to the document management system
Managing queries from subcontractors
Providing training and guidance on the use of document control systems
Overseeing the collation and quality assurance of operation and maintenance manuals across the project
Coordinating meetings and resolving on‑site queries
Maintaining safety documentation and conducting regular compliance checks
Working closely with the site team, client and subcontractors to ensure the smooth running of the project
About You To be considered for the role of Site Administrator and Document Controller you will need to demonstrate:
A thorough and process‑driven approach
A record of working with document and contract management software
Excellent IT skills, including in‑depth knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud software
Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
Good time management skills
Experience working on BIM Level 2 projects (desirable)
Knowledge of ISO‑19650
A Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card (we can help you obtain)
