Responsibilities As an ABA Behavior Technician, you'll provide 1:1 in‑home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities. Under the guidance of a BCBA, you'll implement personalized behavior plans, collect data, support skill development, and empower families through training and compassion.

Entry‑Level Training – No experience? No problem! We provide training to get you started

Qualifications
Valid driver’s license
18 years of age or older
RBT Certified
3‑6 months experience working in direct support or caregiving position with kids or adults with or without disabilities
Fluent in Spanish
