DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).

The Impact you will have in this role: The Scrum Master will Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives and coach team members on Agile principles and practices.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives and coach team members on Agile principles and practices

Collaborate with Product Owners, the Scrum team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Refine and prioritize the backlog to maintain delivery momentum

Foster communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders

Manage project roadmaps, scope dependencies, and milestones to ensure project delivery successfully within scope, budget, and timeline

Use JIRA to manage sprints, configure boards, track progress, and report on project health

Drive actionable business requirements through the use of Jira stories

Conduct review sessions with subject matter experts and convert session feedback into groomed stories

Understand priority for delivery and is able to achieve agreement with Business and Technology

Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of related experience

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

Certified Scrum Master preferred
