DMI, LLC is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Platform Developer to join us. This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week onsite in Auburn Hills, MI. Duties and Responsibilities: The Sr. Salesforce Platform Developer leads and supports the existing Salesforce system landscape and develops CRM use cases on the Lightning platform. The engineer designs solutions to enable CRM use cases, works with customer data to ensure privacy and security policies are observed, and cleanses data to support customer communication. The role also supports CRM and marketing projects on Salesforce as a subject matter expert (SME) and participates in process improvement, including DevOps, to deliver overall Salesforce solution blue‑printing built on existing architecture. Serves as Salesforce functional subject matter expert Lead the integration of Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware (REST/SOAP) Translate business requirements into well‑architected technical solutions Maintain and improve CI/CD processes for Salesforce deployments Implement AI‑driven features using Salesforce Einstein, GPT APIs, and other predictive tools to enhance business workflows Map business requirements into native Salesforce functionality Provide best practice guidance regarding configuration vs. customization Design technical architecture of the solution Design and deliver data integration and migration strategy into SFDC platform Conduct feasibility analysis of business requirements Understand data sourcing, volume & velocity and make recommendations for system implementation Map business requirements to detailed Salesforce product specifications Guide roadmap of key components Domain test application to execute business cases Document and analyze business processes using value‑added/non‑value‑added, process modeling tools, cost‑time charts, and root‑cause analysis tools Document functional requirements for use by application designers and developers Experience in Business Process Management, requirement analysis, solution design, application support Work with marketing agency partners to consult and support marketing campaigns Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience: 5-7 years of experience as Salesforce and/or Web Developer implementing Salesforce & Web solutions 4+ years of experience as Salesforce Platform Consultant Required Skills/Certifications: Experience integrating AI or automation into Salesforce workflows Familiarity with Git, SFDX, and modern CI/CD practices Extensive hands‑on experience with Salesforce Lightning Service Cloud as developer & administrator Strong experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Process Builder Strong experience with SoQL, Lightning components for UI, and web technologies (XML, HTML, CSS, WSDL, SOAP, JSON, Python) Knowledge of Oracle 12C, SQL Plus & TOAD Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, and App Builder certifications are required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical skills similar to a data scientist Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing circumstances Customer‑focused mindset with passion for responding to customer needs Desired Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, and App Builder Salesforce API certifications Experience cleansing, managing, and validating customer data in Salesforce Tableau or similar business intelligence experience Min Citizenship Status Required:
