We are looking for a licensed Inside Sales Agent who wants to learn to become a confident listing agent while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for individuals who want a clear path from inside sales to listing-focused production, supported by structure, coaching, and daily exposure to experienced professionals in a high-performing office where who you work with matters.
As an Inside Sales Agent, you will learn how to work incoming opportunities, follow up consistently, and convert conversations into real client relationships. The coaching provided is practical and hands-on, with a strong emphasis on learning how to transition from conversations to appointments and ultimately to listings. Experienced mentors guide your development step by step so you can build confidence and consistency.

Responsibilities
Follow the team plan
Set listing and buyer appointments
Execute appointments
Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent
Team player
CRM and database mastery
Scripts mastery
Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
Qualifications
A real estate license is required
Great communication

Must live within the office area
Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
Compensation $140,000 at plan commissions
